Getting ready for freshman year, got to love the summer grind!

One thing we discussed for this summer is getting his shot off quicker off the dribble.
➖First clip shows that the ball is being adjusted as the ball is being gathered (slow-mo)
➖Our focus is to get a quick shooting motion off the dribble. Minimize adjustment and create a muscle memory that allows for a quicker get up.
➖Rest of the video shows the ball is going up into his shot as the ball is coming up from the dribble. No adjustment, and is a quicker motion.
