Physical training is an essential component of building muscle and losing body fat due to its effects on the muscles, the bodyโs metabolism, hormonal balance, and overall body composition. By incorporating regular physical activity into your routine, you can achieve a healthier & stronger body, but most importantly it will translate into better daily functioning and enhanced quality of life.

Your body uses the nutrients from food to produce energy for all of its functions, including breathing, thinking, and moving. Without enough or the proper nutrients, your body will not have the right energy to function properly. Your body is constantly breaking down and rebuilding tissues when you train so getting the proper nutrients w/ counting your macros from foods each day are essential to perform at your greatest in and out of the gym.
๐บ๐๐๐พ๐๐๐๐๐:
Allows for muscle repair: During rest, your body is able to repair the microscopic tears in your muscle fibers. if you don't give your muscles enough time to rest, they will not be able to repair themselves properly and you may experience days of muscle soreness or even injury.
In addition rest and recovery reduces stress hormones: Cortisol is a stress hormone that can break down muscle tissue and prevent you body from burning fat. Focus on improving your sleep quality, when you're well-rested, your muscle will thank because it allows your body to release hormones that promote muscle repair and growth.
