My Process:

1.) Thank you for considering me to be your photographer! Once you have decided that you like my work, you will want to click the "Book Now" button, which will bring you to my questionnaire. You will need to answer the questions and then hit submit. Once I have reviewed your answers (please allow a 24-hour response time), I will send you a complimentary quote.

2.) Now that you have received my quote and would like to continue with my services, I will provide a time and date for a virtual consultation. This pre-session consultation will be an opportunity for you to get to know me and ask me any questions you may have and vice versa. I will also use this time to confirm what you are looking for in our photo session! Pre-session consultations may run up to approximately 45 minutes.

3.) After we have finished our pre-session consultation and we feel we would be a good match, we will then schedule the preferred date you requested for your session. This booking is not official until a mutual agreement is signed and a 25% down deposit is paid & received. Once all parties are in agreement and the deposit is paid & received, the booking is confirmed and I will meet you on the date of our session. I will also be available for any questions prior to that.

4.) It is now the day of the session! I will normally be there a few minutes early to get ready and make sure I find a good spot (the session will begin at the original start time), but you are not required to be there early, just on time! During this session, nerves may be getting the best of you and if you're uncomfortable, it will show in your pictures. With that said, depending on where we are, you will be allowed to bring someone as support or we will even listen to music. This will be determined during our pre-session consultation.

5.) Once we have finished our photo session, I will upload the photos to my computer. Depending on the type of session, my delivery time will range from 1 to 3 weeks (possibly more). Congrats! You have received your photos and now is the time to take in the beautiful moments I captured. Thank you for choosing Payton Juan Creatives, and I cannot wait for our future adventures!

Payton Juan Creatives Policies:

Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that all bookings necessitate a refundable down deposit of 25% to be paid upfront, which shall be credited towards the total session cost. In the event of the client canceling the session at least 7 days before the scheduled date, a full refund shall be granted. If the client chooses to cancel the session after the 7-day period has elapsed, the down deposit shall be subject to forfeiture, or the client may opt to reschedule the session within a 3-month timeframe from the original session date. Failure to reschedule within the stipulated time frame shall result in the forfeiture of the down deposit. After the 3 months have passed, a new down deposit is needed to book a new session.

Late Policy: I understand that life gets in the way which is why I will acknowledge that a 15-minute grace period shall be allowed for late arrivals, however, the number of minutes the client is late will be deducted from the session time. Any time that is passed the 15-minute grace period, will require the session to be rescheduled. If the session needs to be rescheduled, you will have a 3-month timeframe to reschedule your session. In the case that the client decides not to reschedule, or misses the 3-month timeframe, the 25% down deposit is forfeited. After 3 months, another down deposit is needed to book a new session.

Down Deposit Policy: For your booking to be confirmed, you will need to sign a mutual agreement contract and pay a refundable 25% down deposit. The down deposit is 25% of the total price of the photo session, which can be refunded if the session is canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Please review the cancellation policy for further information. Once the agreement is signed, and the down deposit is paid and received, you will receive a confirmation that the session is booked.

What services do I provide?

Headshots (starting at $115): This package includes a 15-minute session + set-up time, 1 backdrop, up to 2 outfits, 5 final images, and 7-day delivery time (excluding weekends).

Portraits (starting at $200): The basic package includes a 1-hour session + set-up time, 1 location, 2 outfits, 15 final images, and 14-day delivery time (excluding weekends).

Professional Branding (starting at $300): This package includes a 1-hour session + set-up time, 1 location, 2 outfits, 25 final images, and 14-day delivery time (excluding weekends).

Add-Ons (starting at $15): Add-ons include additional outfits, headshots, locations (+30 minutes), and additional mileage.

All packages include a required pre-session consultation which will give you and I a chance to get to know each other a bit more, and ask any questions that may be needed to capture your vision!

Hey! My name is Payton and I am a Seattle-based lifestyle and portrait photographer.

I specialize in various types of portraits, including headshots, professional branding, graduating seniors, personal, and couple/engagement. My goal for Payton Juan Creatives is to showcase the beauty and emotions that we overlook in our everyday lives, which is why I focus on capturing your authentic self. Since authenticity only shows when you are truly comfortable, I make sure every pose, outfit, and atmosphere is tailored to YOU!

A little about me, I am a University of Washington graduate (sko dawgs!) with a Bachelor's in Communication. In addition, I have received my certificate in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.

Outside of photography, I work as an associate agent for Redfin. When I am not showing houses, I am mostly a homebody who doesn't mind a little adventure here and there. My best bud is an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie named a Denali. A favorite show that I always have on repeat is Schitt's Creek, and a current movie I am obsessed with is Red, White, and Royal Blue.
