DALLAS NORTH TOLLWAY IN DALLAS TO CLOSE FOR CONSTRUCTION THIS WEEKEND‼️

Beginning Friday, May 31st at 10:00pm through Monday, June 3rd at 5:00am. These are the closures:

🔴 All lanes of southbound Dallas North Tollway (DNT) from I-635 to Walnut Hill Ln.
🔴 East- and westbound I-635 to southbound DNT direct-connector ramps
🔴 Southbound Harvest Hill Rd., Inwood Rd., Forest Ln. and Royal Ln. entrance ramps
🔴 Southbound Royal Ln. exit ramp
🔴 Northbound left lane of DNT from Park Ln. to Royal Ln.
🔴 All lanes of east- and westbound Meaders Ln. over the DNT

This will be the first of two weekend closures required to repair the Meaders Ln. bridge. Message boards will be placed nearby to alert drivers of the closure. All closures are subject to weather conditions and will be postponed, if necessary. Please use caution in the construction area.

When I first met this buyer a few years ago, she had gone through quite a bit. She had just relocated here to start over - she was just getting out of an abusive relationship. While trying to help her find a rental for her and her son, she discovered the ex had fraudulently used her credit and destroyed it, so to say it was a challenge is an understatement. We did eventually find her a decent rental in Arlington. She worked her butt off repairing her credit and stacking her money. This is what hard work and sacrifice does for you!

I'm so proud of her! She was able to purchase her first home...a BRAND NEW BUILD...on her own! We negotiated the price down since it was one of the last homes left in the community - she closed with $40K in equity! The builder also offered $20K towards her closing cost, which she was able to use that to get a 5.5% interest rate! Everything just seemed to align perfectly for her and in her best interest. I'm so excited for her new journey!
