Overall responsibility for providing support to the Property Manager including general management and certification/ recertification processes at Section 8 housing properties. A Sr. Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a property with 300 – 500 units or multiple small properties with 300-500 units and meeting company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the properties in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
