Transformational Breath Work is a powerful rhythmic breath practice, that balances the physical and the mental. Recirculating the system, releasing tension and easing the body into a deep reset and meditative state.
Enjoy this practice in addition to halotherapy while lying in antigravity chairs.
A sound bowl will be played during the breath work and at the end of the evening a refreshing elixir will be provided.
Come join me for this seven week series (7 weeks to cross all major energy centers from the base of the spine to the crown of the head)
This is to follow up from our March exploration of creating space in the body- so that we feel clear and cleansed to begin anew.
In this up coming series, we will be exploring and integrating intentions we would like to plant in our Earth’s new year.
What will you sow and what will you reap?
We will explore through Asana, Breath and Play.
Come on out ❣️

SO excited to be collaborating with both and .luna for this very special evening.
We will be guiding everyone through movement, reiki, drumming, community- all with the intention to honor the time of renewal and celebrating the return of the Sun.
We have been building to this moment, and I am so grateful for everyone who came to explore this time with me.
If you have been wanting to come, and haven’t been able to, the time is now.

Class Tomorrow ❣️
Lunar Eclipse Season 🌚
All the more reason to energetically reset, work with the energies present to cleanse and create.
SO greatful for all those who came to class for the first chapter of the Winter Solstice Series. The entire class was devoted to supported restorative work. Letting the body, breath and gravity do the work. Rest is of prime importance, well deserved and the foundations for us to begin again.
This Monday’s class will thematically stay in touch with restorative work, but will ask for more attentive engagement. The intention will be to reset the nervous system and engage the body in ways that actively release stagnicity.
Come join me 😌

🕊Winter Solstice is celebrated in cultures across the world.
It is a particularly important time in the far regions of the North. The North lives in the realm of extremes in close relationship to the natural world.
Extreme light during the summer and extreme darkness during the winter. ‘Fall and Spring’ are merely short intervals, borders defining the next season.
Because of this extremity, the Winter Solstice was highly revered and celebrated because it brought fourth the knowledge that light will return, with it warmth and the potential of life.
The Darkness is important time.
It is a time for seeding, going underground, preserving what works and releasing what keeps you stagnant.
This is your invitation to embody alignment with the natural world while in your community.
(All types of excitement for .luna who has some offerings for the 20th)
Thinkin elixirs, candles, herbal blends 👀
