Recently, we have received a terrible and unfair review that was very one sided. I would like to share this with all our clients who have enjoyed coming in to our place that we make every effort to provide a fun and safe environment for you all.
As you know we are a fun, easy going and diverse group of people who all enjoy being at work with our colleagues and most importantly enjoy working on you; our clients. It shows in our atmosphere, we treat our clients like long term friends and our colleagues like they're our red headed step sisters.
Our job doesn't just consist of providing a good service, there is a huge amount of work behind the scene. We have to prep, clean/sanitize, refill, supply runs, advertise, maintain social platforms, educate ourselves to stay current etc. We don't just roll into work and go home at night. Running a business is like a well oiled machine requiring many components to keep it running smoothly. As you can see in the picture, every single member of our staff play a significant role in making the place functional and safe for a good and pleasant experience for everyone.

So it really hurt my heart when people come in with the mere intent to judge and write scathing reviews not knowing what damage it could do to a business. Not even considering the feelings of the Nail Techs who work on them. I wonder what great pains they are going through to feel the need to spend a lot of time disparaging people, especially when it is so inaccurate.

Nevertheless, what we took away from these bad reviews is how to do better and be better. My girls took the initiative to remind each other to do their part and I cannot possibly tell you how blessed it is to have people who treat your business like it's their business. I am truly grateful.

I would like to pass on something that I've listened in a Podcast that has really resonated with me. To end entitlement, we must replace it with gratitude.
Be grateful we've done well enough to be able to splurge out on the good things in life. Be appreciative to the people who service you, it would only make them want to work harder to do better for you.
