Project efficiency in process.

Never stop improving, keep trying new things, scrap the stuff that doesn’t save time or improve efficiency.

Time is money, searching for things is the contractor’s Achilles heel.

Next phase will be the passenger side of the trailer. Total gut and rework for better use of space for hardware, hoses, cords, pouches, guns, and real time jobsite miscellaneous hardware. If I’ve figured out anything, we always have a few boxes of misc stuff on each job that ends up on the floor.

It has its quirks and slight learning curve but is overall very easy and efficient to work with.
