Thanks to everyone who came out Saturday for the 18th Annual Shamrock The Block. We rocked Leigh Street once again and we couldn’t have done it without you. A special thanks to our bands, sponsors, volunteers, and production staff for making this event happen each year. Shamrock The Block is still going strong until 6pm tonight (last drink sold is at 5pm and last drink poured is at 5:30pm). Today is the big day. We will celebrate 18 years of ROCKING THE BLOCK starting at noon on Leigh Street (between Movieland and Bon Secours Training Center. We have something for everyone: live music starting at noon with the , a kids area, music from DJ Ghozt and DJ Tony in the Shamrock The Block Party Zone, local vendors, food and of course....drinks. We will have beer courtesy of our friends at Brown Distributing and mixed drinks from Tito's Handmade Vodka. The party goes until 6 and then the After Party kicks in at The Park RVA (starts at 4pm). The 18th Annual Shamrock The Block kicks off festival season in the RVA starting at noon TOMORROW on Leigh Street in Scott's Addition (between Movieland and Bon Secours Training Center). We will a little bit of everything for everyone. From the kids area and DJ Party Zone with DJ Ghozt and DJ Tony live music on the Main Stage , beer and mixed drinks throughout the festival, food vendors and local businesses, and more!

This Saturday, Shamrock The Block will be THE PARTY to be at in the RVA. And with a party, you have to have a DJ. For this one - we are bringing in two of the best around for the Shamrock The Block DJ Party Zone - Ghozt and DJ Tony! They will kick things off in the Party Zone (right off Leigh Street near the festival entrance near Movieland) at noon and keep it going all the way to close. It takes a village to run an event like this Saturday's Shamrock The Block. We want to thank the many volunteers from both the Seven Slot Crew and The Five-O's Tiki Foundation. Both organizations will be manning the beer trucks Saturday from 12pm-5:30pm (drink pouring times).

The Seven Slot Crew is membership-based group of Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator owners interested in making a difference in the community. 🚙

This Saturday, Shamrock The Block celebrates 18 years of ROCKING THE BLOCK. So to celebrate, we are bringing in a band that covers 90's and 2000's Rock better than just about anybody - RVA What’s Our Age Again? They will be on the Shamrock The Block Main Stage at 4pm! That is the Mashup & Cozy Condition Band! These locals from the RVA meld vintage funk with modern production techniques. They will be on the Shamrock The Block Main Stage beginning at 2pm. Happy Friday Shamrockers!! Time to kick off the weekend with a cocktail from our friends at Tito's Handmade Vodka. Check out this tasty treat from the Tito's Cocktail Corner: Tito's Berry Mint Lemonade. 🍓🫐🍹
You will need the following:
1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
4 oz lemonade
1 handful strawberries or blueberries
2-4 mint leaves

-Muddle berries in a Tito's Mason Jar Mug (or whatever glass you have on hand)
-Roll a few mint leaves and add them to the berries.
-Just add Tito's Handmade Vodka, lemonade, and ice.
-Stir and garnish with any extra fruit.

Happy Friday!! Time to check out for the weekend and enjoy a cocktail from the Tito's Cocktail Corner. Today's special selection: Tito's Grilled Pineapple Sizzler.
You will need the following:
- 1 3/4 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 1/2 oz Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 1 grilled pineapple wheel, muddled

Muddle pineapple slices in a shaker.
Add Tito’s Handmade Vodka,
smoked simple syrup, and fresh orange juice.
Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water. Drink...and repeat!

Let's toast to the weekend with a delicious cocktail from the Tito's Cocktail Corner.
On the menu is the Tito's Limón con Chia!
You will need the following:
•1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
•3 oz limón con chia agua fresca
•1 oz lemon juice
•1 oz grapefruit juice
•1/2 oz agave (optional)
•6 cilantro leaves, garnish
•1 grapefruit slice, garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with cilantro and a grapefruit slice. Drink and repeat!
