Heart of The Valley
Non-profit dedicated to equipping local youth coaches with essential CPR/first aid AED training
We are excited to announce that between April and May we will be providing CPR/First aid training to over 40 youth coaches in our community. We appreciate Ridgecrest Wrestling Club and Iwv Burros for your commitment to prioritizing safety for our young athletes. Also, a huge thank you to High Desert Training Services, LLC for collaborating with us and providing the certifications. As always, we are in need of donations to be able to continue this important effort.

I would to give a huge thank you to Tim Jacobs and TNT Western Home for their generous donation to Heart of the Valley.
HOV update:
Searles Valley Mineral recently donated an AED to HOV for IWV Youth Baseball. The AED was used on an adult male having a medical emergency and provided the bystanders pertinent medical guidance. As of now there are two AED’s in our youth sports programs and 17 youth coaches certified in CPR/ First Aid and AED. HOV is very grateful for the support we have received thus far. We are currently wanting to certify IWV youth baseball with CPR/ First Aid and AED training as well as provide medical equipment. There are multiple ways you can support HOV, Venmo, check to Heart of the valley or by purchasing medical equipment. We encourage those who donate to join us as we provide the equipment to our youth programs.
Respectfully
Mike Hill HOV
