I was recently asked to do a family session a bit out of my normal style. This family had a short period where the whole family was together and just wanted simple pictures in their backyard. Though it wasn't my "typical" style, I had such a fun time with this family and I'm so grateful to Cassandra who recommended me to her family.

Spent an afternoon photographing my nieces' last soccer game of the season ⚽️ I love getting out into the community for events like this!

I spent yesterday riding and photographing the western slope Memorial Day Ride. It always pulls at my heart strings hearing the stories and knowing we can never thank the men and women enough or their families for the ultimate sacrifice they gave for this nation. It's a heartbreak no one should have to go through but they did, because their loved ones were called to serve. I hope you took some time out of your day to honor those men and women whom the day is for 🇺🇲

This past weekend I was blessed with the opportunity to help hand out gifts as a part of an Angel Tree organized by the Fellowship Riders of the Narrow Road. This is my second year doing this and seeing the smiles on these kids' faces make your heart melt.
Out of respect for the families, I will not post any pictures of the families, so enjoy these of the Fellowship Riders and friends!

Earlier today I was at a session when I slipped into a dried up irrigation ditch! 😳 Thankfully I'm okay, but when I hit the ground, so did my equipment and the hot shoe on my flash snapped! Thankfully, I had a parts flash hidden in a closet, so now I am playing repair woman 🤞 Hopefully the parts I need from the old flash still work!

I always love when seniors bring an item that has importance to their session. I have to say though, I think this is the first time one brought their motorcycle. I'm not complaining though, it may have been my favorite part of the session!
