So we thought we were getting a good trailer brand new out the door 2024 well surprise its been a nightmare the lack of quality and customer service its amazing...i ll never ever ll recommend or buy a loadtrail trailer in my life so much details and no matter what you tell the warranty department ll come out with so many excuse and one way u other ll blame you for using it wrong no matter if you have videos photos proof they ll excuse and not cover anything...
