It’s hard to believe it been just over a year since mom passed. Today is her birthday and a day doesn’t go by that I dont think about her. We were so close and she will be forever missed! If you still have your mom hug her for me today!😞

We met with our QT Fabric Rep the other day and we absolutely fell in love with the "A Pilgrims Autumn" collection from @desireesdesignsstudios 😍 Coming in 2024... 🌟

Getting ready to start your Halloween projects?? 🎃Being a fabric designer we try to put together a good range of values, textures and prints for each fabric line. Often at home you are pulling from your stash and have odds and ends. You can have multiple textures and designs work together that come from many different lines. Pull matching colors and repeat fabrics through your project to pull it all together. Don’t forget to have a good range of values,lights and darks to give your quilt a pop effect! Color gets all the credit but value does all the work. Here are a few more tips to help you get started!
1. Choose different sized designs, some small, medium and large.
2. Look for solids and textures to add to busy prints for a resting spot for your eye.
3. Not seeing your values well? Take a photo of your fabrics in black and white, this will help you see them easier! Now have fun and create your masterpiece!

Such a fun Saturday morning as some of our Muggies came to get their kits, shop and have breakfast together! It’s great to get together!! Looking forward to our retreat!

Took my first box to the post office today!! It was like sending my child off to the first day of school! This is my giveaway so it’s shipping early to , our winner!! When I put the box into the postal bind it really stood out and then I moved it to another bind and the same thing! It looked so good I may have to walk all our boxes inside the post office to protect them! Thank you everyone for the amazing outpouring of love and support!! Due to the great response we received our spots are almost full so we will be closing up registration today. If you miss it make sure you jump on our waiting list for next time!
