Happy New Year!
If you are looking for a little energy boost and some time for yourself after the holiday, why not schedule a relaxing private Reiki session. Reiki is a form of integrated medicine that helps the body/mind re-establish a state of balance. Reiki is done with gentle hands on or off of the body, helping move energy through our body’s chakra and meridian systems unblocking energy pathways and restoring the body’s natural healing ability. If you have been feeling tired, stressed or just out of sorts, I highly recommend a session to bring peace and grounding. Reiki sessions are $45 for one hour. You will find Reiki a wonderful gift to yourself. Please call or text if you are interested in scheduling a session or if you have any questions.

It's time to fall back into your yoga practice or start a yoga practice for the first time... Classes start back on Thursdays starting September 15th from 6:30pm - 7:30pm in our Rochester Hills home studio. Classes are $11 or prepay for a 6 pack of classes for $60. Classes are designed for both beginner and more experienced yoga students. Please text or call us to reserve a spot in class as spaces are limited. 💗
