We are looking for 2 LABORERS with Heavy Highway experience, read below for all the details and contact Beth if you are interested....

Job Description
We are a local construction company looking to hire a Heavy Highway Construction Laborer, someone with at least 5+ years experience with water main, sewer, civil construction and/or site work installation. Please do not apply if you have not worked for another construction company doing similar work.

Responsibilities include work geared toward the installation of water main, sewer, site work, civil construction, which includes, but not limited to: restoration work (seeding, topsoil, spreading straw), concrete work, paving, material handling(getting materials from staging yard or trucks as needed and knowing what materials to get), site cleanup, digging by hand, flagging as needed and other tasks necessary for the project at hand.

**We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running (Willing to train the right candidate to get them up to speed with our company's processes)
**We are looking for someone who knows the materials needed for this type of work and how water main/sewer/civil/ heavy highway contrstruction works.
**We are looking for someone who takes direction well, and can pick up our processes quickly.
**We are looking for a hard worker, who shows up on time and does not waste time getting production going.
**Willing to travel to site locations (the majority of our work is within a 45 min- 1 hour drive from Rochester).
**Willing to work all year round.

Eligible candidates must have reliable transportation, license, High School Diploma or equivalent, OSHA 10 a plus but training can be arranged . CDL-A driver's license a plus, but not necessary.
Prevailing Wage rate will be paid on all public work jobs and benefits are paid out as well. We are looking for a candidate who can work in a group setting of employees that do not beat around the bush, we work hard and know what needs to be done and expect that you will do the same.

We are looking for 2 Heavy Highway Operators...Experience is a must! If you don't know then don't bother!

We are looking for 3 Heavy Highway Laborers....Experience for these position also a must!

However we are looking for an apprentice, so if you do not have the experience, but are looking to gain the knowledge and the paycheck that goes with it we have a spot for you! You must have dedication and drive to work hard, this work isn't easy but the reward is better then you could imagine!

Finally We need another truck Driver to drive Dump truck, CDL A would be amazing, moving equipment could possibly be an option as well, lowboy experience needed for that part!
