Earlier this year a devastating fire swept through our neighbors building at Moon River Soap Company. Luckily no one was injured and the Rochester Fire Department moved quickly to put out the fire. As a result, the owners have decided the best option is to put the property up for sale "as is". Though the building will have to be torn down, this downtown property has tremendous potential. The lot is 60 X 40 Ft with the potential to build four floors for a total of 9,600 square feet of commercial space. Pricing a commercial building in this condition is not an easy task. We put a few of our agents on the spot and asked thor opinion of value. Here are their guesses and reactions. At the time of filming the list price was $720,000. The price per Realcomp MLS has now been reduced to $520,000. We are still looking for a new neighbor!
