Great story on WROC Channel 8 on Spot Coffee and their Union Vote!
Gary Bonadonna Jr., Manager of the RRJB:
" SInce the Spot union election, we've had other workers that have found out about the union election and have contacted us and have said 'how do we do this?'"
Along with the ability to negotiate for better pay, Bonadonna says that the union contract will also have an added benefit.
"There is a process in place in a union contract where they can address things."
Corey Johnson, a worker at Spot Coffee:
I don't think we can accomplish that without a union. If you want to significantly raise the standard of (living) for working people, I think that working people, in general, need unions."
