Start the year out treating your hair like the crown you never take off, because, well, it is! 👑

Step 1: CLEANSE. *a good rule of thumb: shampoo as many times as days it's been since you last washed. For example, haven't washed in 3 days, shampoo 3 times*

Step 2: CONDITION. Your hair AND your scalp need hydration and moisture. Be sure to let it sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Step 3: CARE. Detangle, brush, treat with a masque, oil, then blowdry (especially your roots!) and style. This is the 'care' part of self care that your future self thanks you for!
