Every single morning, I make sure that I have enough time to do my daily morning ritual that includes: prayer, meditation, journaling, checking in with my heart, spirit, and body, stretching, reading or listening to an uplifting podcast, and my morning mushroom latte that I just get sooooo excited for! This routine is a non-negotiable for me and sets me up to have an uplifted and high vibe day, every day.

Anyone manifest something amazing into their life lately?
Recently I have manifested a more balanced work/life/play. I was feeling a bit in lack of self love time & time for my relationships and pups. I focused on the balance and freedom I wanted in my life rather than the time I didn’t have or on the things I thought I was missing out on.
