Having trouble getting your curls to hold? Try these tips: ✅ Always use a professional shampoo and conditioner. I prefer all of my clients use a hydrating formula to give their hair the moisture it needs. ✅ Prep the hair. Use a heat protectant, like @virtuelabs 6-n-1 when drying the hair and when your hair is nearly dry, spray the Volumizing Primer and finish drying. ✅ Once dry, Spray hair with Shaping spray hair spray. Yep I said it: Spray your hairspray BEFORE YOU CURL. Then brush through. ✅ Be sure your iron is not TOO 🥵 HOT. 390 or below is best. If your heat is too high you’ll damage your hair. ✅ Section hair according to desired look. For example, for more defined curls take smaller sections but for a looser wave take larger sections. 1. GOT roots?? I found this tree on our trip to Hawaii. This tree is tall, beautiful and VERY strong. Lola asked for very light blonde caramel money piece. So I thought I’d try an experiment with product ai had never used… ♥️Starting level 4/5 hair (Appears to be virgin) ♥️ Using @schwarzkopfpro #blondemeschwarzkopf lightener with bonding + 20v on the left & 7v on the right mixed 1:2… ✅ Mixing this ratio gives a great consistency and helps “glue” hair to the foil, helping to prevent slipping. ♥️ Started with thin slices and weaves on the right with 7 vol developer. ♥️ Moved to the left and did the same placement. ✅ CONSISTENCY IS 🔑 Equal Thin slices = better, more even and consistent lift! ♥️ Processed for 45 mins to a level 8. If the color doesn’t reach the lift you need within that time frame, and the hair’s integrity is strong enough, you may resaturate and process longer for more lift. BUT Blonde Me with 7 volume really does lift with power over a longer time period of time than with 20 volume… just look at the results! Once shampooed and conditioned, towel dried and combed out… ♥️ Toned with @schwarzkopfusa BlondeMe pastel toner in Biscuit mixed with equal parts of Blonde Me 7vol developer Why?
