Green Crab, culinary delight? Did you know that more and more people are starting to incorporate Green Crab into their foods? Hard-shell Green Crab makes a fantastic base for bisques, stocks, chowders, soups, and butters. We can’t wait to see how Executive Chef Luc Pacelli incorporates it into the menu!!! Will also start introducing new menu options to Maine midcoast restauranteurs. Hopefully eventually creating a market and dock price to add to our working waterfront economy.
