This was the topping-out celebration for Meridian 2250, a new multifamily high-rise luxury apartment complex being built in Alexandria, VA. Hartman Design Group is proud to be the interior designer on the project being developed and built by Paradigm Companies. Architects Collaborative, Inc. is the architect of record.
