Who loves saunas? ππΌββοΈ
I cannot even begin to explain the grown love for getting a good sweat all while quieting the mind and slowing down.
((Yes I know, the phone is going out after this))
My preferred type of sauna is infrared. Dry heat, penetrating to a deeper level. Lots of healing!
I also enjoy going to the olβ wet sauna at the gym. Sweating as never felt so good. Because our skin is our largest organ, sweating forces out toxins and anything truly bogging you down. Sometimes my body needs a rest from the weights or the movement and needs some time put forth to quiet time and intentional healing.
Who grinds their coffee beans? ππΌββοΈ
Just a few reasons why this is a staple to my morning βοΈπ€
1οΈβ£ less free radicals then already ground store bought coffee. This means less oxidative stress and less inflammation for the body
2οΈβ£ keeps quality of the coffee in tact. If you buy pre ground coffee, the beans quality has already started weakening due to coming In contact with numerous other elements
3οΈβ£ the taste, the aroma, everything about it is amazing! Make sure to grind and brew. The longer ground coffee sits (even store bought ground coffee- think how long that sits!) the sooner itβs exposed to air which will sacrifice the flavor and freshness.
Now, this may sound like an extra, time consuming step to your morning routine, but itβs worth it!

π Kerrygold Butter- STAPLE IN OUR HOME! Grass fed, pure Irish butter nourishes the body with healthy fats for optimal brain function and so much more (this was a game changer for my little. When she gets good fats her energy and sharpness excels. Adding in omegas and healthy fats like butter itβs been easy to get what she needs)
This will forever be a go-to meal

Two very similar drinks, Two very different ingredients
Let me break it down...π
Spindrift is made with real fruit juice and carbonated water-- that's it! Unlike most flavored sparkling waters, Spindrift is flavored from the real fruit juice that adds a touch of real, natural sweetener vs lemon flavoring. Spindrift's actual website states- "We want to be as honest and simple as possible with our ingredients and the taste of fresh, real fruit is unparalleled."
They further acknowledge that using natural flavors ensures more consistency from batch to batch, but the brand prioritizes transparency and quality of ingredients over that consistency.
La Croix has "natural flavors" listed as an ingredient.
Did you know that for nonorganic foods, the regulations do not restrict the dozens of other ingredients like preservatives and solvents that can go into a so-called natural flavor. Ultimately, because of the wide variety of ingredients that typically go into βnaturalβ flavorings, there does not seem to be much of a difference between natural and artificial flavors.

ππΌ For me I come to learn that I live my life attached to my calendar and schedule. I have made consistent effort to allow things to come and go off my list and schedule and be okay with it. Some things like work, meetings, celebrations....those are scheduled and planned and those may not change. It's things like picking up and going on the boat or fitting in a quick client meeting, or a bike ride before laundry can certainly fit into my schedule more often. It has brought a great amount of joy and peace into my life.

Skipping rocks is not without a plan. If you donβt have the right rock, the right position, or the right balance, It will just plop right into the water.
Now, if a rock doesnβt skip to make 5-6-7 skips, it still plops into the water and creates its own grand splash and own ripple effect. This is very satisfying. To see the skip go further and further you then feel as though you have succeeded. Both look and feel great.
As you continue to practice and gain courage and discipline, you will become consistent with breaking through challenges and seek new possibilities.
Each action you take now will help create your own ripple effect and more practice can truly make skipping indefinitely. Success and happiness can keep going and can be indefinite. Keep working towards your own success and your own ripple effect, even if you have a few βplopsβ along the way. It still is fulfilling and creating something worth being apart of.
Keep practicing, keep being consistent. Keep watching your work and determination create all sorts of positive ripple effects.
