WHY IS PEACHES THE ONLY ESTABLISHMENT CALLED TO THE ALCOHOL CONTROL? 10/22 same night that peaches was 4 minutes past 2am (so said ) an arrest was made at Tortacos address. 10/29 an arrest was made at Harvest Moons address. Why were these two incidents not called to the alcohol control? Are fighting, underage and drugs not a valid enough violation?

Last night. Timestamp is relevant here. All service/selling of any alcohol is suppose to end at 1:30 am here in rome. This beer was sold at 1:32am and paid for at 1:33am. If the city treated businesses equal this would have never been posted.

STARTING NOW ..ALL LIQUOR &BEER MUST BE SOLD JUST IN CASE THE CITY TAKES LICENSE ON MONDAY.. COME OUT *NOW* SUPPORT US..I didn't want to ruin Chases show last night So I kept quiet ..city is trying to take all alcohol licenses this will shut this venue down. Meeting is Monday @6.30pm for final decision.over the next few days I will be posting how Peaches has been singled out and targeted. I am well aware I can not sell alcohol after 1.30 am. And no alcohol can be consumed after 2am. However because of my restaurant license I can have Customers in my building after 2am. They can buy food or wait on a ride home. This was the only confusion. Cops wristwatch on video said 2:04 am their arrival outside on my video is 1:55am. No citation was written and he was very respectful. My experience was criticized in the acc meeting. But My experience tells me the cops were doing their job by stopping and checking on a nightclub (as they define this establishment) with all the lights on and people inside that close to closing. Something could have been seriously wrong in my establishment. Instead it was the night of riverjam roadblocks were out everywhere and people were waiting on rides. Beer bottles and cups were quickly being thrown away. NOTHING WAS SOLD. NO CITATION WAS WRITTEN. The ACC is taking an incident report and recommending the most extreme punishment allowed within the Rome ordinance. 43 alcohol licenses in Rome. Peaches is not the only one with incident reports..
