Custom PVC Columns made to architects specs!
These PVC Column wraps were 14" wide x 10' tall with custom milled crown and inlaid neck mouldings. We also made the prefabricated lattice sections around tge roof and wall capping above. This was a fun but challenging project. Contact us for a quote on your next project! Eamillwork.net

Who's ready for summer?? Finally found some time to design and throw together a prototype Adirondack chair. It is made using all 5/4 - 1" actual pvc and stainless steel fasteners. A little solo Saturday work getting these structural PVC wrapped beams done for Northgate Builders. They were cut out of 15ft LVL beams and laminated together. Then we created PVC wraps to encapsulate the beams. We also added strapping to the beams so they can properly tie them into the rest of the structure. These beams were designed by Bello Architects. We're grateful Bello knows our capabilities and is taking full advantage of them!
