Victoria is a strong advocate for children, and children with disabilities. She has over 25 years of experience working in education as a early childhood teacher, caregiver, and family advocate. Her areas of focus are child literacy, Early Intervention, 504 plans, IEPs, and building a sense of membership for her students through inclusive experiences. Victoria fostered positive connections between parents and teachers to improve children’s academic achievement, social competencies, and emotional well-being.

Victoria believes that a child's social and emotional development can reach its full potential when we identify, acknowledge, and embrace their social and cultural diversity. Victoria has a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in psychology and special education from the University of Roosevelt.

Victoria and her family have been Roselle residents since 2016. She has volunteered at the Willow Creek Food Pantry, a Non-Profit Organization supporting single mothers, multiple animal shelters, and as an assistant trainer for Lutheran Charities Comfort Dogs.

As a candidate for School District 12 Board of Education. I look forward to continuing a tradition of developing a strong education system through a focus on our children, teachers, and supporting staff.
