Skyline Room Sportscard Show

There is no show this Sunday at the skyline room. A few people have asked because we had talked about having one on the 10th but we decided against it. All shows will be in the Beckett show calendar as well as be advertised. When the next date gets booked I will post it. Thanks!

We are SOLD OUT for this Saturday. Officially 68 different dealers and 96 tables. See you all there bright and early. Lots of new faces behind the tables. Should be a great show as always. All support is appreciated. Free parking and admission! Pat Hughes starts signing at 11.

We have news…..we have settled on the next date for the skyline show. It will be October 28th, officially. I know it’s still 2 months away but that’s what we have to work with. Working on more days, hopefully do one more after before the end of the year. Thanks for the continued support and see you all soon-ish.

Two shows coming up fast…great opportunities to sell cards for cash for the national, get inventory for the national or trade what you don’t like for something you like more! Or just come hang out and see some great stuff!

As I continue to confirm I’m always looking for new dealers. My goal is at least 4-5 new people per show. Still having tables left I’m offering a small bounty to current dealers for bringing in a new dealer. I truly want these shows to be the best they can with as many customers as possible. And I will continue to do more to make that happen. Thanks everyone for the loyalty and effort. Cheers and have a great 4th.

One month from today we have the usual Skyline Room show in Rosemont, IL on Saturday July 22nd from 9-3. Time to get your money and/or inventory right for the National the week after. Still working on a viable autograph guest not sure on that. Usual 100 tables. Usual price $50 for an 8 footer and $40 for a 6 footer. Free admission and parking as always! I will be contacting the people I haven’t talked to as well as the new dealers that contacted me and so on about this show. Send me (Mike) a text @ 7086919166 with any questions.

Two days later there will be a Monday July 24th hybrid show / trade night in the same location. That event is going to start around 2-3pm and go till somewhere about 10pm. Tables will be $100 and there will only be 40-50 sold for that event with the rest of the room being setup differently and other stuff going on. Hopefully will be a good amount of different people and dealers coming in a day early looking for action. More details on that to come.

Everybody...thanks again for coming out and supporting the show yesterday. I’m about to jump on a flight but I just wanted everyone to know the upcoming dates so you can put them in your calendar. June 3rd. Yes 3 weeks from yesterday. June is a busy month and this was the date we could get. Plus it’s the only show in Illinois that day so should work well. Next show after that is July 22nd. The Saturday before the national. Those are the next two and in a few days I’ll start texting people about tables. Thanks everyone!

Fans and dealers of the Ludex show. We are thinking about doing them a little more often. We have the opportunity to not just do the show on may 13th but also June 3rd, July 22nd(Saturday before the national) and also thinking of doing a show/trade night on July 24th(Monday before the national starts on Tuesday). On the Monday part of the room will be setup with round tables for trading and will have food/snacks and drinks.

Update for the Frank Thomas signing at the May 13th Show. We have heard your concerns about ticket sales for the signing and are going to open up some pre-sale tickets. There will be two ways to pay. You can Zelle Bergiesports. Pay $50 for just the autograph ticket or $70 for autograph plus inscription. Still one ticket per customer and just one inscription per item. The phone number for this Zelle payment is 8474526154. In the notes of the payment give the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the ticket at the show. Any questions Bergie can be reached at the shop number….8474332250. Another option is to go into the shop and pay cash and get on the list. There will still be tickets available at the show but we want to make sure people who want to pay ahead of time can, and they can secure their ticket so they can buy their item ahead of time to get signed. For the upcoming card show the Frank Thomas signing will be at 12:30pm. Tickets will go on sale at 10am. Only 100 tickets are available!
