Hi everyone 👋

Can’t believe it’s already March! 2022 is going by so fast, but we still want to take a moment and give a HUGE thanks to our clients and referral partners for all the growth we’ve made last year.

We started this insurance business in May 2021, and ended the year with 100+ clients and currently managing over 100 policies.

The part that amazes us even more if that all our clients have been referrals. It’s because of the support of our referral partners, family, and friends who helped spread the word of our small business that made this possible.

And we hope that our clients can see our genuine passion to be there for them when they have insurance needs.

We’re currently working on a few more projects to launch this year, and hope to continue growing this business in 2022!

Open enrollment to apply for health insurance for 2022 is still open. If you need health insurance for next year, don’t forget to enroll by Dec. 31st!

Went to the insurance conference in Palm Desert a couple weekends ago, and it was so much fun! I met a lot of great independent insurance agents and learned a lot just by conversing with them. The speakers at each workshop and the panel I went to were so knowledgeable. My fave part was going to the trade show where I got to meet some of the carriers I work with face to face, and meet new vendors that can help grow and support our business.

Great conference and looking forward to attending more of these!

A businessowners policy (BOP) is a prepackaged policy designed to fit the needs of the small to medium business. This insurance helps cover your business from claims resulting from things like fire or other covered disasters. A BOP also helps cover claims arising out of your business operations. 

You should consider a business owner's insurance policy if:
- your business has a physical location
- there's a possibility of you getting sued
- you have assets that could get stolen or damaged

A question we get often is: Do we need home warranty?

The answer is, it depends on what you need.

Home warranty and Home insurance both cover different parts of your home. Home insurance covers structural damage, personal property, and liability from emergencies like fire or theft. Home warranty covers the wear and tear of your appliances and home systems.

Home warranty is optional, sometimes pricey, but good to have. Home insurance is required if you have a mortgage. And sometimes you can add equipment breakdown to your policy, so in that case you might not need home warranty.
