I know everyone is hearing about the multiple offer situations going on right now, along with low inventory. However, it's important to use an experienced agent in todays' tight market. So many ways to get noticed including providing escalation clauses, increased earnest monies, love letters about what the buyers "love" about the home, increased percentage down on loan, type of loan and more!
