Thank you all who donated yesterday! We gave out enough brisket to feed 70 people and received around $550 in meat, wood, BBQ supplies, and monetary donations. 100% of the monetary donations will be going to the Round Rock Area Serving Center to further help those in need.

We are giving out containers of sliced brisket. Donations will be accepted and will be benefiting the Round Rock Area Serving Center.

A bit about us: BerLee’s BBQ is a competition BBQ team. We are not a restaurant or a caterer. We just wanted to fire up the smoker and give back locally to those impacted this past week.

Quiet please...the meat is resting.
As if waiting to pull the brisket wasn’t hard enough...now I’ve got to give them their proper rest. These little babies are tucked in for a 4 hour nap.
Gotta love a gentle fire and clean smoke. Brisket had been swimming in it since 5:15am. Dinner time can’t come soon enough.
The 2020 American Royal has been canceled 😞.
This just means we have another year to “practice” and perfect our recipes.

This one was smoked for 11 hours until probe tender and then rested for 3.5 hours. Yum!

Smoked and reverse seared TriTip
Smoked with Pecan to 120-degrees and then seared directly over the coals. Nice smoke ring and seared bark!
Bourbon barrel honey glazed ribs with a bit BBQ sauce. They came out super tender and that honey was oh my tasty!
Beef ribs goodness from this weekend. These were super tender and delicious 😋

It was a great weekend to fire up the smoker. Ended up cooking four briskets, a bone in pork shoulder, and a whole chicken. Trying out a couple of new recipes and techniques.
Happy Thanksgiving from BerLee’s BBQ. We smoked 3 turkeys and roasted a fourth. Now to enjoy leftovers!
