Today we commenced drilling at the Bethania community in Los Rincones, Nicaragua. This community provides not only a place of worship and fellowship for the community but young education and vocational education to young adults. This includes construction, welding, and mechanical trades to name a few. They currently receive water via local city plumbing but it is difficult to rely on as we were told they are lucky to have 2 or 3 days a week with running water. This well will not only be able to provide clean water to the community but to surrounding communities that have similar water issues. #itsWELLworthit #nicarAGUA
Today we celebrated our last day in Kalimbira with our partners @somebodycaresministries with the beautiful sound of community worship. We accomplished a lot in these two week but most importantly friendships were renewed and new friendships were formed. #malawiisourhomenow #malawimission2017 #HOPE1Peter315
Drops of Grace team members working shoulder to shoulder with Somebody Cares staff and the youth from Kalimbira to build a house. The team has moved a lot of bricks this week, along with doing some amazing work sewing dresses & shorts, and doing medical training for the home-based care providers in the community.
