Moving forward we will be joining in ownership with Parish Site Services and closing the doors on LandJoy, this is bittersweet but we are excited and humbled by this opportunity. I want to say thank you to all the customers that gave us a chance and allowed us the opportunity to make your visions a reality. We will continue all vegetation control work such as mulching, clearing, and chemical applications. This will expand as our customers needs expand also. We managed to get this private drive that was barely passable before transformed into a comfortable riding road the residents can be proud of in less than a week. While taking all the proper steps to rebase, pack, add new rock and pack again this road will last for years to come. We are grateful for the opportunities our clients present us with and will always do our best to make your dream a reality.

Check out the finished product of this beautiful lot on Darbonne, we underbrushed anything under 3” with the exception of some oaks and maples. This place will be a dream for years to come for these lake goers!

We’ve been busy lately selective thinning this property, reclaiming this once over grown thicket back to usable property. This also will allow the remaining trees to grow to their full potential and attracting wildlife to roam its ground again.

We did a little more underbrushing today, I love the way these turn out.

Once we harvested the fill dirt from this hill we reclaimed it and dressed it off with topsoil for the owner to have a yard they could enjoy unlike before!

From the pit to the pad, we moved about 1,000 yards of dirt for this house pad, now only 1,000 more to go and we will be ready to hand this project back over to the owner!🚜🏡

This job turned out beautiful! We removed all the trash trees, bushes, and invasive brush, while leaving oaks and pines and allow for the planting of wildlife feeder trees galore! This wasn’t without its challenges but we got it done as a team, what a great way to ring in the New Year.

The turns on this private drive were dangerous with little to no reaction time due to not seeing around them, we added seconds to the field of view which is crucial to reaction time. We also made the drive in much more beautiful by widening the path by up to 40 feet in some areas for this lovely community!

This is just a small example of how we opened this hunting lease up, you can now drive a full-size truck throughout the lease without getting beat up by branches.
