One of the best training tools to unlock your championship performance is the Swiss ball! Using the Swiss ball (otherwise known as a stability or exercise ball) will cause you to increase the need to develop stabilization within your body.
In almost every sport, the more you are able to stabilize your body, the more you will be able to use the strength during your competitions. This leads you to having a higher ability to perform during competitions when you develop more internal stability. The Swiss ball is the best training tool to develop internal body stabilization!
