WHY DOES HIGH ENERGY CREATE ANXIETY?

Increased solar radiation, particularly from geomagetic storms can trigger anxiety in some individuals due to a combination of biological, psychological, and environmental factors.

Circadian Rhythms: The body's internal clock, or circadian rhythm, is influenced by light and radiation exposure. High solar radiation, especially during midday, can disrupt these rhythms, leading to sleep disturbances. Poor sleep quality is closely linked to increased anxiety levels.

Serotonin Levels: light codes can affect the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates mood. While moderate solar radiation can boost serotonin and improve mood, excessive exposure may lead to overstimulation, which can result in feelings of anxiety or agitation seemingly coming out of nowhere. With many energetically perceiving waves arriving before science has measured it electromagnetically.

Melatonin Suppression: a closed third eye and addressed factors can also suppress the production of melatonin promoting less sleep. Reduced melatonin can lead to insomnia and contribute to more anxiety.

Psychological Factors and Sensory Overload: intense solar radiation can lead to sensory overload, especially in individuals who are sensitive to or have conditions like sensory processing disorders. This overload can make it difficult to concentrate and increase feelings of stress or anxiety caused by associative triggers left unresolved in this life time lying dormant in the physical, mental, emotional or light body inwhich your ascending DNA is trying to now release all at the same time.

Cognitive Factors: Perception of Danger: the super and subconscious are bringing forward unfinished mental, physical and emotional business for dismissal that the mind is either unable to accept or process causing anxiety in the abandon of high incoming incomprehensible light codes in the wake of multidimensional energy that is brand new to the searching and some times panicking subconscious and ego.

Physical discomfort and combined Ascension symptoms: general all round physical sensations being experienced with the uncertainty regards timing of experiences and their increased increments creating mental panic or uncertainty.

In summary, high solar radiation and a very accelorated Ascension period can trigger anxiety through a complex interplay of biological disruptions, psychological stressors, environmental conditions, and individual perceptions of risk and discomfort mostly from an egoic perception of fear and cognitive lag. Each person may experience these factors differently, leading to varying levels of anxiety in response to staggered but increasing upgrades. Your friends, family and coworkers telling you that your Ascension symptoms are make believe doesn't help you either!

Now, in your mind, imagine that you are reaching up, above your head.

Perceive a golden white light coming from above.

Say in your mind:

"I AM a child of God and therefore I AM loved by God."

Then:

"I have received God's Love. Thank you."

Let these words expand.

Feel these words.

Know the truth of these words.

Sit with these words for as long as you can.

When you feel complete, return to the present moment.

Do not be surprised if the foundations of the old Earth are shaking and already shaken to the core.

All of this must happen, and this applies to your own life as well as the collective.

Things we have taken for granted, support systems, etc.

The next few months and years will be months of disruption, as the old foundations we have built our lives on must crumble.

Yet look at the blessings this brings: Instead of fighting to keep the old systems running, etc., we can now finally be born into something entirely new.

This applies to the old constitution, institutions, old systems, old orders, whatever.

I just surrender every morning now, knowing that I can no longer hold on to anything or anyone.

I surrender to the magical flow and become like water.

Yet since the fluid is there, even plasma-like, it communicates in turn with you, changing everything around you to your own highest vibrational frequencies.

The more one allows oneself to become a mere vessel through which the divine master plan for new life and new beginnings can be manifested in form and being, the more inner peace there is.

With it, love expands, and I find myself blessing everything and everyone - every single encounter, experience, and even challenges.

When those buttons get pushed, when you start reacting to whatever, you still have healing to do, inside.

For life will be a giant mirror, and everything will reflect back on all of us so that we can finally heal and move on.

For the old, in truth, no longer exists.

That includes illusions and delusions,

It is such a blessing in this ever-present moment.

Transfiguration ~ Transition

What a time to transform and be here to not only experience this, but to grow exponentially as a soul, through this process that has never happened before!

Grand new Day Divine Ones

Time in this earthly plane is rapidly speeding up, so it seems. At this time as a collective we are experiencing a huge tower moment - a sort of detox/cleansing, a destruction of the entire structure of a cleansing of the earth and its inhabitants. Mankind is experiencing a dark night of the soul a meltdown before rebirth. It is coming in waves of couse depending on your journey. We are or have over time experienced a myriad of emotions. The good news is much of this pain will be permanently removed from the collective.

But you must be involved and participate because of the universal law of free will. You must be willing to release those emotions to the void so the universe can step in to pick up those heavy burdens for final release so we can all feel the intense release of energy (physical pain and emotional discomfort).

This is an event that will change the frequency of this world forever.
What is happening is not something people can "generate", it is not something you can stop or fight, but let it flow.
You can individually accept or reject as you always have a choice.
When we choose to accept it, we become an instrument of change for humanity. If we reject it, it will only be more difficult for us, more setbacks, delays and painful, understand its all about energy. This is an energy transfer taking place.

The creative force of the Universe, in which we are all actively involved, we are all in the middle of it, as the universe is doing everything it can to get us back on track.
Think about it......if we rely on the purest intentions of our heart and soul, we can become an instrument of evolutionary change.

Currently we are experiencing very difficult days energetically many are experiencing so many emotions (causing loneliness, melancholy, anger, sadness, apathy, fear) simply because......The "lid" has been removed/or the bandaid was ripped off.
The darkness has no place to hide any longer, and must be revealed.
Every soul is forced to face itself, we have our own responsibility as a divine being to come clean in this earthly density. You may run but you cannot hide from it. It's called healing!
Healing for centuries and centuries in each other, and centuries of deep wounds, trauma that we all carry from our childhood, and our ancestors must be dealt with now, this is part of our mission.

Some of the information about pain and suffering that has become memories within us and collective until it became a grid where everything remained intact... know that they are now disappearing forever.
Every pain that has touched this world for millennia, every injustice, every lie, is literally "disappearing" from this reality. It is all coming to light.
These energies are real kids, and we all have the freedom to choose our path aka, our reality. Make sure you think about it and choose wisely.

In case you haven’t realized it just yet, we are 'all' diving DEEP to anchor the Solar/Cosmic influx coming in. There isn't one soul here that doesn't have wounds, we all have them. It takes looking inward and ask yourself - what do I need to heal and listen to that inner voice. What you hear will be different for everyone. Generally most of our wounds are from childhood. That inner voice is from your inner child, that little boy or girl is calling out to you to heal that wound/s of abandonment, codependency, control, not being heard, etc.
These wounds come up in adulthood generally in relationships where it de-rails and creates a myriad of issues.

I am God. I am Sovereign. I am Free.

How to build your personal 12D Shield:

You work with shielding your body, your personal energy field, the 12th dimensional shield is a practice that fortifies and strengthens our aura by reconnecting us to our 12th dimensional blue print or Kryst or krystal body. As we shield ourselves, we learn energetic boundaries of our aura. And then we can learn to boundary test our aura to discordant energies that are uninvited.

The shield also helps us to re-imprint our body to physical and energy sustainability and health and this achieved by bringing balance to the body. It also allows communication to be restored with our spiritual forces and star family. Yesterday was a super strange day. Things were way off I had an appointment to have the mechanic put new brakes on my car. Driving to the shop, while waiting at a light, I looked at the car next to me, it was a white Honda, I looked away, looked back and the car was not there. So I again looked away, looked back and the car was back wtf.....it happened in different ways with different things throughout the day. Things are changing at an accelerated rate.
