Rachel Clemente, Design Leader and Senior Associate, participated as a panelist for the Girl Scouts of America, alongside Marsha Perry Tarras of Roebbelen Contracting, Inc., Sara Pietrobono of Teichert and Brenda Valencia of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., hosted by Capital College & Career Academy. The event aimed to empower and inform the Girl Scouts of career opportunities in the A/E/C industry, while helping them earn their STEM badge. Rachel expressed her delight in witnessing the presence of numerous inspiring women in construction and described the joy she experiences when seeing the girls light up with enthusiasm.
