We are hoping for a better SK.

Knows the Job, kayang gumawa ng mga resolution at ordinansa being part of the BGY Council as Ex Officio member.

Hindi lang sports program kung Hindi may holistic approach sa youth development.

May social responsibility at alam na sila ay magiging public figure lalo na sa mga post sa social media. Hindi puro inom at awra ang post.

Alam pangalagaan ang PONDO na para sa kabataan, hindi porsyento ang nasa isip.

At higit sa lahat magiging mabuting role model sa mga kabataan.

Hindi naman kinakailangan na sobrang galing, basta wag lang abusado at palpak.

IS IT ENOUGH TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION OF SK CHAIRMAN?
MAYBE NOT A RIGHT TIME TO ENTER THE WORLD OF POLITICS.

This is an exceptional chance to share experiences, insights, inspirations, hardships, and achievements to all the graduates. And also to personally express my gratefulness.

Thank you so much to my Alma Mater, Cuarenta Elementary School for their tokens of appreciation for a talk I gave to their school during the Graduation ceremony held on July 11, 2023.

I am so grateful for the effort they gave just to show their appreciation to my talk. Asahan ninyo lagi na nandito ang suporta at pagmamahal ko sa ating paaralan.

Good news para sa ating mga SK Kagawad, SK Treasurer, at SK Secretary😊

The ongoing voter registration is only until July 23, for all types of applications that will be processed in-person at the Office of the Election Officer or in satellite registration sites.

I do believe, running for the position in 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒈𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒂𝒏 circle must also have qualifications before entering. It doesn’t matter if you’re not that so clever, as long as you know how to handle your subordinate, you’ll be qualified. It’s not about being intelligent, but being benevolent that will definitely help your vassal to be productive.
Intellectually speaking, there are some matters you should know before planning to run for any position in SK:
1.) 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫
This one really matters especially if you’re a SK Chairman. How can you make an event if you don’t even know how to write a formal letter to premeditate events? Even requesting funds from the high positions, you have to make a formal letter as way of formality.
2.) 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞, 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Having knowledge pertaining to these matters could be used. If you aim to be sk leader, you should think that these matters can help you in governing the kabataan. You don’t have to be intelligent, but just having the characteristics to be a leader is adequate enough.
3.) 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬
Also, you should consider of this matter. Preparing budgetary plans and reports needs to know of the sk leaders. It’s not just about implementing the events immediately, but it has process for you to budget it precisely. Like in making budgetary plans for the events, you should consider how much you’ll spend for it — also in making reports or documentation, you should have this in every event or gathering.
4.) 𝐀 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞
You know what, this really helps if you know how to handle the things that bother you, like stress and pressure. It’s inevitable for the leaders to be pressured and stressed, thus it needs to overcome the obstacles. You must always have solution in every hindrance you might face. As a leader, you don’t need to show your exhaustion to kabataan, but always show happiness and braveness despite the hard moments you experience.
5.) 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
This one is the most important among all qualifications. Interacting with others really matters. As a leader, you should be multitasker in governing your kabataan. You should have better communication so that you will interact to each other comfortably and conveniently.

Finally, I’m done imparting some qualifications that really need to have if you’re aiming to run for the position of being SK Chairman, even for the SK Kagawad.
𝑷𝑺. What I’ve said is only according to my observation, also I have asked some people who already had experience of being SK leaders.
