Hey my brothers and sisters no problems, I have been hacked!
Frontier satellite really treats disables senior citizens bad. They are right up there with At&t! And my girlfriend has been with them almost 30 years, and she can't get no respect from this outfit. Shame the way they treat senior citizens, that have problems that they say are repaired, and they just patch it. They leave faster then they come. The only time they stay on the site long, is when they are on a lunch break.
Still Frontier cable! How dare my girlfriend senior, disabled senior, who tried to do the right thing and get her heater and phone reconnected to Frontier, so she can have her accessories that work on wifi going, thanks to t-mobile, they got her text messenger working but no heat. They said they were coming out today never showed up! Now they sent a text message saying not til Monday! Luckily, she had my place to go stay, or her daughter and son-in-law, home to stay. This is how Frontier satellite treats senior citizens, who did right and called them over and over again. Again they seem like they would patch the problem, and it would do the same thing again. Frontier satellite when it comes to disabled senior citizens just don't care! Everyday I see 2 or 3 trucks parked taking all day doing nothing! Reminds me a lot of At&t technician! Sure glad I am with exfinity, they are on the spot when it comes to us senior citizens.

Frontier cable, this so called well known company, came out 3 days ago to fix my girlfriends problem and 3 days later the heater, and her phone service won't connect to the wifi! This is in Elk Groove.She is a senior citizen and they lied to us and said, they would be out today, 11/22/2022? They lied, but the told us on a text message not till the 28th of November. I thought At&t was bad, but how do u leave a senior citizen with no heat, phone not working, a d she has to wait for 5 days, in the cold house? Something has got to be done, especially after everytime they come out, it breaks down again! This has been going on for atleast a year. Man, they leave faster then they come. And what a mess of wires they leave her with. It ain't right, why don't the fix their mess. Help!
