Second flight. New York to Jordan. 3 whole seats to myself! It’s like a 10 hour flight in the backseat of a Honda Civic. Not bad! Looking forward to hanging out with this guy for the next week.

Hey friends and family!! Welcome
Pastors Rich and Evelyn Falasco to TGP Family!! 🎉
Here’s some things about them!!
-They have served together in ministry since they married in 2006 at Angelus Temple Hispanic. The Lord then called them to the Bay Area where they spent ten years serving at The Bridge Foursquare Church in Foster City under senior pastors Brian and Cynthia Goodell as associate pastors. The past three years Pastors Rich and Evelyn have been church planting in their community. Their hearts and ministry has been, partnering with God to bring freedom, restoration, and the renewal in their community.
-Pastor Rich recently completed a chaplaincy program for the Placer County Sheriffs department and serves as a National Coach for Foursquare Church International and currently works for UC Davis treating cancer patients.
-Pastor Evelyn spent the last ten years working for the mental health world and is a Trauma Informed Practitioner. She now works for Foursquare Church International on the national team, in the spiritual formation for credentials and trains national coaches. She is also an online Pastor for Women In Ministry Leadership (WIML) for Ministry Leader Network and is part of She Leads California leadership team.
-They have two daughters, ages 15 and 16 both of whom are passionate about serving Jesus and His Kingdom. Their family loves the outdoor sports, marathons, triathlons, hikes, eating great food and love to travel the world. They are excited and looking forward to serving at The Gathering Place Church.

Our Story
Founding Pastors Phil and Donna Jones started The Gathering Place in September of 1989 in their living room with fellow business owners and neighbors. Their heart for people was much larger than their living room, so on Easter morning 1993 Folsom's first Foursquare Church was opened! We watched as God miraculously opened the door for The Gathering Place to purchase the entire property of a former Chrysler car dealership.
Renovations began as we prepared to reach the community in a BIG way. Many lives were changed through the love and care of Pastors Phil and Donna Jones. As their ministry expanded in influence and reach to other churches the baton was passed to Pastor Bobby and Becky Key.
The beginning of 2012 we received Pastor Bobby and Becky Key as The Gathering Place's new Senior Pastors. With deep hearts to love people they faithfully ministered in the Folsom community for eight years. The Gathering Place saw the start of Growth Groups and strengthening of relationships all around. December of 2019, Bobby and Becky and their precious girls decided to return to the southern California region to live closer to both of their family's.
March 1, 2020. We welcomed Pastor's Daniel and Julia Davenport as our new pastors. Originally from Auburn, CA they are returning to the region after twelve years of serving with The Rock of Anaheim, Ca. as pastors and church planters. The Davenports are both ordained ministers and have served in pastoral ministry for 25 years. They have watched God move time and time again in the hearts of congregations to affect and impact their community. Daniels strengths in teaching, business, and campus development provide foundations for stable, healthy and consistent growth. Julia's strengths in networking, vision, and leadership coaching give the needed energy and motion as The Gathering Place grows forward.
