I just recently had one of The alarm guys sales reps stop by my house, they gave me a free update, and lowered my bill. I was with monitronics before, not that I was really unhappy with them, but saving money and updating my system at no cost was logical, so I went for it. However I did have a little bump in the road, I ended up having about 4 months left of my contract, I called The Alarm Guys Office to explain, they told me to get the exact amount owed to cancel, did that right away, called them back, they said not a problem we will send that in a check to take care of it. Sure enough they did. This is a good company.

Outstanding Work! I like thorough. And The Alarm Guys were thorough!!! They answered all my questions. Explained how my alarm system will work. James H. was my salesperson. He explained to me that The Alarm Guys will service my hardware which is the actual, physical alarm system unit itself; and that Central Security Group of Tulsa, Oklahoma will service my software component of my alarm system. Then James arranged for 3 technicians to install my alarm system that same evening. Within 2 hrs, I had a fully upgraded alarm system in my house which I can remotely Arm and Disarm from my Iphone. Very Cool! I want to thank Jesse who did most of the manual work of installing. Thanks to Dylan who helped me download the app onto my cell and explained how to Arm and Disarm from my Iphone. And thanks to Ryan who showed me the various functions and screens that lit up on the control panel of my alarm system. Lastly, thanks to Mike who was on the other end processing my account with Central Security Group. Again, very thorough. I felt like I received VIP treatment from all 5 guys. They were so courteous that they removed their shoes before entering my home. What Service! All I did was offer them each a bottle of water. And James did mention about their referral program. I can receive $100 for each referral; up to $300 for 3 referrals. Plus, because I have a GE alarm system unit, The Alarm Guys will not charge me for any future service calls. I would highly recommend The Alarm Guys to my friends and family members. I finally have a complete home alarm system with local technical support. Wow! They are amazing!

System works wonderful and we're very pleased with this company. They are Very customer service oriented with great communication skills at an affordable price. The manager goes above & beyond to make sure we are happy understand the product & service inside & out. The install technician was incredibly precise hiding wires in our sheet rock and had many years of experience. The corporate customer service reps continue to follow up and make sure we're happy which is all very much appreciated. If there's a problem, we can talk to a local, human being, which I love. We unfortunately had a false alarm call and police was dispatched but I couldn't be more relieved in Livermore that the system (alarm and first responders) does work!! I have already recommended to several people and will continue to do so.
