Completed my “no gain November” challenge, and it feels so fkn good!!!

-4.4 lbs… but my goal was to not gain any weight during the holidays so I’m really freaking happy with that.

-drinking 100 ounces of water is easy now…I typically struggle during the winter.

-I feel more confident.

-I learned more about myself and how my body response to certain things.

-I was able to enjoy all the gluten over the holiday week without side effects because of my amazing supplements that I take daily.

-most nights I slept better than I have in a while. (we’re not factoring in kids and autism.)

-I have good energy most of the time

-I am really proud for cutting down on wine. I got into some bad habits through the pandemic and beyond. Yes I still enjoyed drinks.

-I thoroughly enjoyed a few treat meals a week which typically looked like the family and I dining out on average one time over the weekend.

Literally Why I had to find a way to make $ at home. Being a mom of autism with all of my son’s behaviors and elopement, where nobody could handle him or all of his therapies and appointment it was impossible to keep a regular corporate job. And then add in school schedules.

This morning was rough!!!

Getting up before 7am after a 5 day holiday weekend sucks!! 😭

I can’t imagine if I had to go back to my corporate job today. Man I always dreaded going back after FINALLY having more than 2 days off in a row. I vividly remember how bummed out I’d get. I spent the majority of “my time” at my corporate job working my b***y off to make someone else rich, just to get a paycheck and in their time!!!

I’ve worked really hard Over the last 7.5 years to create residual income from home. The kind of $ that keeps coming in when I take a few days off. The kind of $ where I get to choose how hard I want to work to make our family more financially free. And the best part, I’m helping other business minded families do the same.

Feeling extra grateful that, even though this morning was rough, I still scheduled in when I’m going to work today. That my friend is the freedom I’ll keep working hard for!!!

Ok so what did you get yourself???

This year I kept it minimal and only got a few household items. After we started working with our FREE financial coach earlier this year, it has really shined a light on buying the things we need, and want but not going overboard so we have more in savings come the new year. We hope to focus on some more home improvement projects in 2024.

The Thanksgiving Holiday in America is over.. now we head into, for many the most stressful time of the year!!! It’s an all time high this Christmas Season. Record inflation, consumer debt and post pandemic mental damage are taking a massive toll!!! I’ve noticed this hit in peoples lives and it pains my heart and it led me to my recent shift in business.

I remember wanting so bad to change my life. Wanting time freedom & more breathing room financially. Not realizing it was 99.9% me and the choices I kept avoiding that would truly lead me to a long term change. Not a quick cash grab but a real chance to change my families lives and so many I’m lucky enough to work with. Something so much bigger than me!!!

I’m actually excited and ready for Thanksgiving week with friend, family & delicious food, even though this month is flying by!!!

4 things you need in order to hit your wellness goals….

Eat enough calories. This is something that I typically struggle with myself. Gone are the days of eating 1200 calories a day or less OR counting every point, container or calorie. It’s all about adequate amounts of protein and enough calories while still being in a deficit.

Stop waiting for life to be less busy. Haven’t you noticed that that’s never going to happen? Yes, we do have busier seasons, but the thing is there’s never gonna be the perfect time to start taking care of yourself, so just start.

Make a list of simple daily goals, do your best to reach them, and if you don’t, give yourself Grace and just keep going. It literally is about being healthier and happier for the long-haul not about fitting into a certain size quickly and doing some thing that’s unsustainable.

Fill in the gaps of your nutrition with holistic wellness products that are suited for your own goals. They can make the difference to give you the energy, feel more satiated, have less bloat, have mental clarity and so much more, which will ultimately help you just to feel your best.🫶🏼

It’s a fact that people are struggling. With the prices of groceries almost doubling, gas through the roof and now Christmas!!!

I literally just got home from Christmas shopping, buying some Christmas decor, Costco (which was almost $550), plus I filled up my gas tank which to my surprise it was “only” $4.25 a gallon here in California but that was still a lot to fill up my Tahoe.

So many are having to pull out of savings and use credit cards. And I get it, I’ve been there and I’m doing everything in my power not to ever go through that again!!! I don’t say any of this to brag, but this weekend I was able to use my debit card for everything without having to count every item going in my carts, which felt incredible.

First off this has been floating around the Internet and I wanna know whose bills are this cheap???

Our mortgage here in California is $27k a month alone and we won’t even get into gas and grocery. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Second off the thing is whether you’re a single parent or a two parent family almost all of us need an additional stream of income just to survive and get by the way we were a few years ago. This is why I will continually keep talking about creating one or few.

I’m obsessed with cute, comfy, fashionable clothes. BUT I also am a bargain shopper and try to stay on a budget, so I don’t go overboard and I go through my clothes each season because my closet is small and I can only have one season in there at a time.
