TeleDirect is looking for work from home Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives that will continue providing superb customer service. We try to promote internally from within and encourage all our employees to achieve their full career potential. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking inbound calls for a variety of clients. For example, making reservations, setting appointments, taking donations and more.
Location: You MUST be located in one of these states: AL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MS, NC, ND, NE, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, and WI
Work Hours: Full Time shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM Pacific Standard Time and Part Time shifts between 2 PM and 11 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Compensation: $11.50 to $15 hourly, plus ability to earn $240 per month in bonuses!
Position Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Experience with computer, typing and navigating the internet.
- Ability to communicate verbally and orally and a positive attitude is required.
-Windows 10/11 operating system: (Chromebooks/HP Streams/ Macs CANNOT be used)
- 8Gb of RAM
- 250 GB Hard Disk Space
- Wired USB Headset with inline mute switch
- Laptop or desktop that is no more than 2 years old
- Monitor if using desktop and cables
- Ethernet cable to connect to router, Wifi will not be allowed
