About me: I’m Amelia. Born and raised in CA, with a passion for hair. I specialize in doing hair in a healthy way. I use clean and organic plant based products. I’ve been working in the salon industry for over a decade. I’m proud to help my clients heal from a variety of scalp issues and undesirable hair conditions. I also enjoy doing makeup and hair for weddings. When I’m not working I love spending time in nature, making food, and being with my family.

I’ve been taking appointments in Sutter Creek the last few months at More Than Just Hair, which has been a beautiful experience. Next week I will be joining the team in Sacramento! DM me if you’d like an appointment.

If you are looking for a peaceful little get away and a good pamper session, come visit me! My availability is limited to Monday's, Thursday's, and 1 Saturday a month- so spots will fill up fast!

The end of an era. Last haircut at 5676 Elvas Ave. This is not “Airheart Healing Salon is going out of business” , though we are closing our doors. Instead it’s an opportunity to change and apply all of the lessons I have learned over the last 7 years of owning a salon, building a team, practicing the art of healthy hair, and starting a family. None of those jobs come without hard work and lots of TLC. Now is the time to refocus my energy. I love doing hair and teaching people how to care for hair in the most healthful ways. I love connecting with people in a way that is unique to having them sit in my chair. I love offering clean beauty products, free of toxic chemicals and contaminants. I will soon be behind the chair again at new location in a new town. Working with .burdette and to transform Airheart from a small sacramento salon to an online marketplace and education experience is an exciting opportunity for all 3 of us working moms. One chapter ends, but the next now begins. 🦋

It's so hard to say goodbye!

If you hadn't heard, we will be closing our salon permanently this month!
I know this is not what many want to hear (including us) but the reality is:
the decision had to be made.
So many changes have occurred this past year, but one thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to healthy and holistic hair care practices.

Good news! Our Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/airhearthealing/) , the Airheart brand and our website will still remain! That means you will also still be able to shop your favorite products from us.
We are currently making some exciting changes to continue to inspire you in the ways of clean beauty and sustainable living!
