Pot-au-Brew with 1.5 gal of cloned Deschutes Black Butte porter is on day 2 from our first Brew Along with Benham Brewing. The FERMonitor on the SPUNDit 2.1 Jellyfish is showing rigorous fermentation activities. All is good. This porter will be ready this weekend for a big family party.
The Pot-au-Brew is all we need to brew right in our kitchen and so easy to brew with.
We are very excited getting ready for its upcoming launch.

Benham Brewing will do a live stream Brew Along with Trong this Saturday. We will brew a 1.5 gallon clone of the popular Deschutes Black Butte Porter using our 10L Pot-au-Brew.
We love to have you join us for this first ever live stream Brew Along event and share with us your thoughts and suggestions for such events as we plan to have them regularly with planned schedules and recipes. We hope to have homebrewers around the world to actually brew along with us in their own kitchens using Pot-au-Brew.

Two Pot-au-Brew ( 8-liter and 10-liter) in their final stage of fermentation of Citra IPA at 15+ psi. Should be ready to cold-crash in 2 days and served on New Year day. Note the new LOPRO disconnects on the 2 SPUNDit 2.0 which we will offer from now. By the way, SPUNDit 2.1 Jellyfish (because it is totally transparent) which is more compact and affordable will be released in 1st quarter 2024 as an integral part of Pot-au-Brew launch.

Will cold crash tonight at 15 psi for 24 hours @ 35F and then tap and enjoy the very first pour (no waste, Ma) directly from the Pot-au-Brew (no beer line, no bottling, no transfer AND no drip tray).

Dry-hopped this Pot-au-Brew last night. It could be easier if I did not have to reach past the camera in front of me to do it. It was 4 minutes before trimming. Still too long. But I want to have enough for you to get the gist of it.
It's early November in Sacramento. To keep the Lutra Kviek yeast happy at 90F over night, the Pot-au-Brew is kept inside a kitchen oven with the light on. That works out really well. It's been 2 days with very active fermentation. So, it's time to dry hop. Will show how it's done.
After toying with this project for a few years, we are ready to launch this Pot-au-Brew - the ONLY true all-in-one breware in the world - that can brew up to 2.5 gallons or 9.5 liters of beer from grain to glass in about 7 days.
It will come with built-in temperature/pressure gauge, custom SPUNDit 2.0, FLOTit 2.0 and Picnic Tap 2.1. So anyone can brew great craft beer anywhere with ease, less time and low carbon foot print.
We aim to make homebrewing the new homebaking.

This is the final version of Cheap & Cheer filling adapter for Picnic Tap 2.x. I have to say I am quite pleased with it. The only thing I need to do is hard anodizing the custom nuts and they are ready for prime time. Thinking about offering it as accessory for $14.
I have 5 un-anodized aluminum units that I would offer anyone who already has a Picnic Tap 2.x to try it for $$14 + $4 US shipping. My Entrepreneurship professor at Sacramento Sate University requires that I have to charge early adopters to meet his requirement for the class.

Since our Early Adopters Project was so successful with over 1000 backers worldwide and no show stopper issues discovered, we are able to bypass the planned Kickstarter campaign. Much appreciations to all the brave early adopters 😂
