Jennifer is the first to express her passion for process improvement and organizational change management. Whether she is providing the connection between clients and change agents, spearheading sales enablement, or keeping the back office team connected to our change agents, Jennifer's constantly got her eye on ways to ensure all stakeholders are experiencing high quality service.
Jennifer spearheaded the enhancement of our weekly customer relationship management meeting. One standout aspect was her dedication to capturing the needs of each meeting attendee and aligning them with the current capabilities of our platform. This effort is greatly valued and showcases Jennifer's commitment to serving as a trusted change agent for our front and back-office team members.

Melina Cacciurri, a valued and trusted change agent is faced with ambiguity and uncertainity on a daily basis. Instead of frustration, Melina seizes the opportunity to be curious and ask the question, "How can I use this experience to systematize or standardize a part of this so next time we have more to build from?"
Melina recently jumped into a project where she was able to use her expertise and wisdom to begin restoring portfolio management structure across multiple domains for a very complex engagment. Using her analogy of "flying the plane while replacing the engine", Melina graciously brought customers together from various departmens and closed the gaps in understanding and expectations between technical, security, and architectural resources amid leadership changes across the organization.
Melina's professional skill and personal empathy for what our clients are facing, makes her a valued part of the Unleashing Leaders Team and an asset to the clients her serves.
đ Meet Senior Business Architect, Amanda Eastman đ
Amanda is part of a team leading change that will impact some of the most vulnerable people in our area. Under Amanda's amazing leadership and intelligence, she was the primary glue in translating stakeholder needs and prioritizing complex policies into a focused process that would lead to the launch of a new program for the client. She worked across multiple tech and public relations vendors and was an intergral part of our PM, OCM, BA, and testing teams. It was a difficult, intense, and challenging project but with Amanda's steadfast committment to meeting the expectations of our client, the MVP launch went smoothly and met all the milestones within an 8 week time frame.
While we value Amanda's professional skills in business process and Lean Six Sigma, it is her unwaivering committment to speaking the truth. As our CEO puts it, "It may not always be easy to hear, but I will admit she is almost always "right" in what she says. We need her courage and strength to stand firm as this is the only way broken systems can be fixed."
