Policies:

Orders under $100 require payment in full to book. Orders over $100 have the option of 50% deposit and remainder due a week prior to your pick up/delivery date ***With the exception of specials. All specials are payment in full at time of booking, even if over $100.***

Packages are payment in full regardless of price

Once treats are picked up/delivered from or by Ela’s Sweet Treats, buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper storage/refrigeration/handling of their items. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during your transport or set up. Please keep in mind that treats are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly, such as cracks, smudges, melting, etc.

It is recommended that all treats, except cookies, be refrigerated until one hour before serving. Frosted and dipped treats should not be left out at room temp (74 degrees on average) for more than 3 hours. Please keep in mind when having a party, the room temp can go up with many people in the same area. Please be mindful when displaying your treats. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure items are stored properly for best presentation.

Once picked up/delivered, all sales are final

Cancellation policy: To receive your full deposit, cancellation must be made at minimum 2 weeks prior to your event on order under $150. Orders over $150 need to be cancelled 4 weeks prior to event. (If cancelled after these time frames, 50% of deposit will be refunded)If you need to reschedule your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Rescheduling will only be done if we have availability. If we cannot reschedule, 50% of any money paid will be refunded. If cancelling your event 2 weeks or less to your date, a store credit will be issued. *** Specials are non-refundable. Store credit can be issued if cancelled over 2 weeks prior***

Deliveries are subject to availability and location. Fees start at $10 and go up based on mileage.
