Before joining Garber, Rob worked at Hemlock Semiconductor but felt a bit burnt out and needed a change—something that still posed a challenge and sales does that for him!

Now, he lives by the motto 👇
"Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear." Rob wrote this quote on a whiteboard in the dealership and initially put "FEAR" in uppercase letters, later changing it to lowercase to remind himself and others that fear is only as big as you make it! 💯
