Salty Dawgs Lacrosse Winter Prospect Camp is now open for registration at SaltyDawgsLax.com!
Directed by the Flagler College Men’s Lacrosse Coaching Staff.
Salty Dawgs Lacrosse Winter Prospect Camp gives athletes an exciting opportunity to experience a day in the life of a college lacrosse player. This event is intended to give players the opportunity to meet, play for, and be coached by the Flagler College Men’s Lacrosse coaching staff in beautiful St. Augustine, FL.
Prospect Camp is open to any and all players, but there is a maximum capacity for each position.
Attendees will participate in various drills with positional coaches before scrimmaging at the new Flagler College Lacrosse complex.
Following the camp, attendees are welcome to join the coaching staff for a campus tour from 4:00pm - 5:00pm in historic downtown St. Augustine, FL. After the tour, campers and their families will be able to experience “Nights of Lights,” a unique holiday tradition to the Ancient City.

Fundamental skills are key to success in this game. The Salty Dawgs approach breaks down the fundamentals to create a strong foundation to build upon. As fundamentals become more sound and athletes become more efficient, they are better able to learn advanced concepts and perform better on the field.

🚨SALTY DAWGS LACROSSE CAMP FEATURED STAFF:
Sergio Salcido of the Premier Lacrosse League.
Sergio is a Florida success story through and through.
As a student-athlete at Winter Park HS, Sergio defied the odds and overcame the barriers that stood between him and playing college lacrosse at the highest level.
Sergio walked-on at Syracuse University with a chip on his shoulder and few expectations from outsiders to contribute to the squad. But they didn’t know the hungry Winter Park, FL native.
Sergio went on to become Salcido a 2x Division I First Team All-American, a 2x Division 1 First Team All-ACC selection, a 2x Division I All-ACC Tournament Team selection, was named the 2017 ACC Player of the Year, was a 2017 Tewaaraton Trophy Semi-Finalist and a 2016 HEADstrong Foundation Award Finalist.
Following his time at Syracuse, Sergio played professionally in Major League Lacrosse with the Florida Launch and Atlanta Blaze.
Sergio went on to play in the Premier Lacrosse League finding great success with the Redwoods Lacrosse Club and Chaos Lacrosse Club.
Our good friend Sergio Salcido will be on staff on Tuesday, July 27 at the Salty Dawgs Lacrosse Summer Camp. You won’t want to miss out on working with one of the most successful players to come out of the state of Florida.

Flagler College Men's Lacrosse Defensive Coordinator Tim King.
Coach King brings a wealth of knowledge to the Salty Dawgs staff, having played collegiately at Essex Community College (NJCAA) and UMBC (NCAA Division I) with Coach Duncan!
“Kinger” went on to serve as an Assistant Coach, and later Head Coach, at Essex CC where he saw great success with the Knights.
Coach King has been an elite Defensive Coordinator in the NCAA Division II ranks, having served in that capacity at Florida Southern College and Florida Institute of Technology.
Flagler College and the Salty Dawgs are fortunate to have Coach King on staff!

Flagler College Men's Lacrosse Defensive Assistant Coach Efrain Gutierrez.
Coach Gutierrez, originally from New York, played collegiately at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and internationally for Team Puerto Rico before moving on to the coaching ranks.
Prior to Flagler, Coach Gutierrez held posts with the following programs:

• Assistant Coach at Miami Country Day School
