NEW - Two new dog waste stations have been installed at the front of the community! Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your pet, use just one bag per visit, and don't place any other type of trash in the receptacle.

Hi neigbors- sharing a concern that we all have regarding the communities pool.
Friendly reminders for those that use the pool;
1. Return the umbrellas to their closed position after each use.
2. Do not move the furniture, or at least put it back where it belongs.
3. Pls don’t stand or jump , or let the little ones do the same on the pool furniture.
4. Throw all trash in the receptacle provided.
2 Chaise Loungers are ripped, umbrellas were left up (windy day).
Let’s be good neigbors and care for our property and be considerate for the next guest that wants to enjoy the pool.
We will reach out to the 4 homes/families that were there yesterday( Saturday 2:30-7pm) to ask for their assistance.
I’m sharing as this can become expensive in replacing equipment , not just for those that use the pool, but for everyone.
On the side chance that this was not caused by any of our homeowners, the cameras will be installed the first week of April to help resolve, reduce these concerns.

Wishing a very Happy Hanukkah to all!

The BOD would like to extend their sincerest thanks to Joe Flores and Gaylen Hill for volunteering their time and tools to pressure wash the playground equipment. They saw a need and stepped up of their own accord for the children in our community. We are truly grateful to have neighbors like them.

Some residents received a little packet of goodies on their doorstep today. It's unsolicited acts of kindness like this that transform a neighborhood from a place on a map into a community of common interests and goals. Let's keep this going in the spirit of the holiday season.

NEW UPDATE FROM THE BOD - DECEMBER 12th 5:30 PM:
To continue their investigation of this situation, Toho Water Authority has retained a contractor that uses acoustic equipment to locate the source of underground leaks. We do not know the date of the service as yet but will update this post as more information becomes available.

SHUT-OFF ANNOUNCEMENT: In order to properly investigate the underground leak on the east side of Matera, Toho Water Authority has temporarily shut off reclaimed water for the entire community. Plans are to turn it back on tomorrow (12/7). Please check back for updates.
