From the land of sunkissed beer guts, Stillwater, MN, in the scenic St. Croix Valley, Chris Maddock performed in the 43rd Annual San Francisco Comedy Competition in 2018. Grammy Award winning Stand Up! Records released his 2nd record and special in 2020 under the appellation Country Music Legend. 🎤 Don't miss Nate Abshire at Laugh Camp Comedy Club July 19th and 20th! Nate Abshire started performing comedy in 2009 to spite a girl who wouldn’t return his calls. The following year, he finished runner-up in the “Funniest Person in the Twin Cities” contest. In 2012 he ventured west and was a semifinalist in the Seattle International Comedy Competition. In 2013 Nate performed at Laughfest in their “Best of the Midwest” contest finishing runner-up, and he was chosen to open for Mark Maron, Whitney Cummings, and The Sklar Brothers at various shows in Minneapolis. She started her particular brand of #CALMEDY in Chicago and left on a mission to make people laugh in all 50 States. Nothing can stop her-just kidding there was a pandemic. She's happy to be vaxxed and back to work as a showbiz hobo, and the only woman in America living on the road full time as a professional stand up comedian. He did more films, some commercials and some theater but it wasn't enough, so he began his stand-up comedy career. Mark stands 6'7" weighs in at 350 technically a giant however he is very weak and a wimp. In his routines he weaves stories of his life as a bumbling jolly giant in his fast engaging story telling style. He has been compared to Louie Anderson. It was certainly a fitting comparison as Ronn later became a writer for Rivers on her hit E! Television show "Fashion Police." Ronn regularly performs at comedy clubs, colleges and festivals across the nation. He also co-hosts the sports-comedy podcast, "Switching Teams: A Gay Dude & A Straight Dude Talk About Sports."
