Place your orders now to enjoy locally-raised Lamb Shoulder and Shank that’s been hand-seasoned and marinated for 48 hours, and then slow roasted for another 12. Each meal feeds 3-4 and comes with Jus, Saffron Rice, Jerusalem Salad, Shish Hummus, Babaganoush, Tzatziki, and our famous Garlic Sauce!
